Attorney Maureen MacSweeney is the founding attorney of The Lineage & Legacy Law Firm. She focuses her Florida-based legal practice on estate planning. After working for 25 years in healthcare, helping to create and nurture families as an Advanced Practice Nurse Midwife, Maureen made the shift from working in healthcare to focusing on law and legal life planning for families. As a trusted advisor, Maureen prides herself in providing an unwavering level of service which is client-focused, and results driven. She firmly believes that, as in medicine, building authentic relationships is essential to creating favorable outcomes for clients and has instilled this value into the culture of The Lineage & Legacy Law Firm. In her estate planning practice Maureen provides high-value solutions for family and individual wealth preservation, asset protection and protection planning for those we cherish most, our children.
