Michael Geller

Family Law, Personal Injury (Transactional/Litigation)

Walnut Creek, California

Personal Introduction

I represent individuals throughout California in serious personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic injury cases. My practice is grounded in strategic case development, disciplined preparation, and strong advocacy aimed at maximizing recovery. I guide clients through complex claims with clarity and structure, while maintaining a focus on achieving meaningful, long-term results. I hold a B.A. from the University of Southern California, a B.S. from the City University of New York, a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, and an M.B.A. from the USC Marshall School of Business. This combined legal and business background strengthens my ability to evaluate damages, analyze financial loss, and develop comprehensive litigation and settlement strategies. Before becoming an attorney, I spent nearly a decade in the medical field, including seven years as a physician assistant in pain medicine. That clinical experience provides me with a working understanding of medical records, treatment planning, causation, and long-term prognosis. I apply that knowledge to assess injuries more precisely, challenge defense medical opinions, and present claims in a way that accurately reflects the full impact on my clients’ lives. I founded The Geller Firm in 2021 with the goal of building a results-driven, client-focused practice. In personal injury matters, I emphasize early investigation, documentation of damages, and strategic positioning to resolve cases efficiently when appropriate, while preparing every matter for trial. My firm represents clients across California and prioritizes responsiveness, practical solutions, and aggressive advocacy to protect each client’s recovery and future.
