Our firm helps families avoid court and conflict to leave a lasting legacy. We focus on estate planning and small business advising. We have a niche for working with small business owners. I grew up in an entrepreneurial family and seem to attract other small business owners. We serve clients throughout the state of Missouri and meet with clients virtually or in person at our office in Rolla, MO or in the St. Louis area.

Attorney Michele Marxkors Kelsaw’s practice focuses on a proactive approach to law. Michele uses the law to assist clients in developing legal strategies to ensure that their families and businesses are well taken care of during their lifetimes and beyond. Our focus is estate planning. We assist clients to create trust-based comprehensive estate plans to avoid court and conflict. We also assist clients with foundational aspects of their small businesses, but we do not serve in a full outsourced counsel role and do not handle any litigation. We handle some uncontested simple probate matters. We also serve clients in the trust administration process.

We are part of a small but active community in mid-Missouri. Michele often speaks about estate planning topics and donates to local causes in our area. She is a member of the local chambers of commerce. Michele enjoys spending time with her family, especially her young daughter, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
