Personal Introduction

After law school, I worked for 2 1/2 years as a legal writer and editor on three different publications for the Pension and Profit-Sharing division of Prentice-Hall, Inc. That experience made me a better writer of contracts and legal pleadings. I am very involved in the local legal community. I served as President of the Stephen R. Booher American Inns of Court from 2017-2018. I currently serve on The Florida Bar Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee.

Practice Summary

We help people buy, sell, and start-up businesses which leads to transactional real-estate work. We represent our clients in litigation when deals go “bad.” We refer to it as “divorce without children”, as in both situations, the parties are just arguing over the division of assets. We also have been involved in various matters in the field of entertainment law (e.g. recording companies, copyright infringement, professional boxers, boxing managers, etc). We also represent attorneys in attorney’s fee hearings.
