Personal Introduction

Neil D. Braslow is the Owner and Managing Partner of Braslow Legal, where he specializes in business law, intellectual property, sports and entertainment law, and employment law. He regularly advises individuals and organizations in Florida and New Jersey on a wide range of legal matters. Neil's professional journey includes experience at a First Amendment law firm, where he counseled clients on complex business issues related to entertainment, intellectual property, internet, and gaming law. He also practiced at an administrative law firm in New Jersey, handling municipal, regulatory, and transactional law matters for emergency service organizations and non-profit entities. His experience extends to serving as General Counsel for both a construction company and a hospitality company, providing corporate guidance on various issues. Neil’s legal career began with foundational roles in sports and entertainment, including working with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), where he developed a pre-fight drug testing program. His early experience also includes roles with the Florida Panthers and the Central Florida Sports Commission. Neil earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Central Florida in 2009. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad Law Center in 2012. In addition to his legal practice, Neil is an adjunct professor at the University of Central Florida and a member of the Florida Bar's Entertainment, Arts, & Sports Law Section. Admitted to practice law in both Florida and New Jersey, Neil is dedicated to providing innovative and effective legal solutions that empower his clients to succeed.
