I try to treat every client and their matter as if I were in their situation. In addition, it is my long-held belief that if one produces quality work, then clients will come to you instead of attempting to devote significant time and expense to advertising and hustling.

Practice Summary
If you are looking for a hard-working attorney who treats every client like his next door neighbor, Nicholas L. Everett would be happy to help. Since 2013, I have been practicing commercial litigation matters in Texas, after obtaining an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver. While I have a background in Tax, over time I have handled commercial litigation matters almost exclusively. My office is based in Tyler, Texas; however, my I provide legal services throughout Smith County, Texas, and its contiguous counties, as well as the DFW Metro area. I offer very fair rates and reasonable fee agreements and it is my goal to make sure my clients appreciate my services and how I helped them in a time of need.
