As the founder of America’s Attorneys | Abogados America, LLC, I represent individuals and families harmed by negligence, sexual abuse, and serious misconduct. I focus my practice on complex, high-stakes injury matters, guiding clients through both pre-litigation and litigation with disciplined preparation, clear communication, and a trial-ready approach. Before launching my own firm, I was an attorney at a high-volume plaintiff firm, where I developed a command of the pre-litigation process—investigation, medical record development, liability analysis, damages presentation, negotiation strategy, and case valuation. I worked as an attorney at a prominent Chicago firm where I litigated cases from initiation through resolution, strengthening my ability to manage discovery, motion practice, depositions, expert issues, and trial preparation. I have worked on cases in both state and federal court. After learning from respected Chicago attorneys—and after discovering areas where I believed clients deserved something better— I founded America’s Attorneys | Abogados America, LLC to deliver a higher standard of preparation, responsiveness, and commitment. Long before law school, my identity was shaped by elite athletics. I was a member of the U.S. National team and a four-year Division I athlete at The Ohio State University, where I captained the fencing team and became the 2019 NCAA Champion. After graduation, I took a year away from academics to train for the 2020 Olympic Games, ultimately falling just short of qualifying. That experience forged a mindset I bring to every case: disciplined work, persistence under pressure, and relentless focus on execution when outcomes matter. My clients often come to me at a difficult moment—when the “mountain” in front of them feels overwhelming and the path forward is uncertain. I understand that serious injury and abuse cases are not only legally complex, but personally consuming. I approach each matter with the care I would extend to my own family and with the practical leadership clients need to navigate a demanding process. I built my firm around a simple promise: you are not in this alone. It won’t be just you— it will be us. That belief is at the core of my practice and reflects the firm’s mission.
