Personal Introduction

Patricia brings a unique perspective to the practice of law with 15 years of experience as a licensed insurance broker and captive agent specializing in risk management, insurance solutions, and client education on proper coverage and policy limits. Her expertise spans personal lines, life insurance, financial products, and complex commercial risks, reviewing and analyzing coverage. In addition to her deep knowledge of insurance, Patricia has developed a strong practice in employment law, focusing on protecting women and mothers from discrimination and ensuring their rights are upheld in the workplace. This commitment to advocacy is evident in her successful legal strategies and client representation. Patricia earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from Southern New Hampshire University in 2016 and her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2021. During law school, she interned with the Alameda District Attorney’s Office in the Insurance Fraud Unit, gaining invaluable legal experience.
