Practice Summary

At Brightpoint Law, our practice encompasses the entire life cycle of a business, from formation to exit. We help our clients form their businesses, obtain financing, identify and mitigate key risk sets that impact their revenue models, and assist with negotiating material contracts. When it comes time to exit the business, I have a very strong background in mergers and acquisitions across myriad industries. In the startup space, I've represented emerging growth companies on the sell-side as well as strategic acquirers on the buy-side. In the media and entertainment space, I've represented A-list talent, management and other media companies on the sell-side and private equity funds and strategic acquirers on the buy-side. Over the years, I've also directly represented talent and worked with leading players in the cryptocurrency space. One of my claims to fame is that I helped complete the sale of the 1 of 1 Wu Tang album "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin" from the US government to PleasrDAO.
