This includes financial consumer protection (such as identity theft, financial fraud, and data privacy violations including FCRA, Rosenthal, FDCPA, ICRAA, CITA, EFTA, CLRA, VPPA, and CIPA). We also have considerable expertise across the entire spectrum of plaintiff's litigation, like employment, personal injury, and product liability.
