Personal Introduction

Practice Summary
We are a national eminent domain practice that works only for landowners. We have represented thousands of landowners nationally and produced recoveries in excess of 100 million on behalf of our clients in the last decade. Our practice is almost exclusively contingency fee based with our fee being a percentage of what is added to the landowners initial offer. We work on all types of takings including but not limited to condemnations involving pipelines, power lines and Departments of Transportation. One of our recent success include negotiating on behalf of a self storage facility where we increased compensation from 7.5 million to 12.5 million. We are delighted to work with referring attorneys who want our expertise to provide real value to clients facing eminent domain.
