Personal Introduction
Rami represents a wide variety of clients in complex, high-stakes commercial disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, corporate control, securities, intellectual property, professional liability, and regulatory matters. Prior to co-founding BACH MILI, Rami worked as a trial attorney at Hueston Hennigan LLP, where he achieved historic, record-setting results for Fortune 500 companies, middle-market businesses, and prominent individuals in high-stakes, complex matters, including bet-the-company cases. During law school, Rami served as an extern for the Honorable Alex Kozinski on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, as a law clerk for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and as a summer associate at the international law firm Sidley Austin. Rami has extensive experience in all stages of litigation and investigations, including trial, dispositive motion practice, and depositions. From the moment the first document is filed, every option is considered and every decision is made with the ultimate goal in mind: winning at trial. Outside the practice of law, Rami sits on the Board of Advisors for Equality California, a civil rights organization dedicated to championing equal rights and social justice for all individuals and communities across the state. Through strategic advocacy efforts, policy initiatives, and community engagement, the organization works to ensure that every Californian has the opportunity to thrive and live free from discrimination. With a focus on promoting fairness, inclusivity, and acceptance, Equality California has been instrumental in driving legislative changes, fostering supportive environments, and advocating for the rights of marginalized populations, making profound strides towards a more equitable society.
