Prenuptial Agreements: We help couples enter into successful marriages by working collaboratively to create an in-depth marital financial plan. We work with individuals to accomplish their individual goals, as well as couples looking to work together on a mediated prenup. Divorce Consulting: When clients are going through mediation, I step as a divorce consultant to guide them through the process with the legal advice they need to be prepared for the mediation services. We discuss the law, expectations and obligations, as well as settlement strategies to keep everyone on track. Mediation: I assist clients going through a divorce to resolve their issues amicably and efficiently. I don’t think you should be taking money out of your kid’s college fund to pay your attorney and we don’t believe in litigation as an initial strategy. We’re here to get you what you need, with the least amount of collateral damage.
