I formed a 100% flat fee firm because I've seen firsthand how frustrating hourly time can be - not just for the client, but also for the attorneys collecting the fees. With flat fees, transparency between client and attorney is increased - the client knows exactly what is needed and why, and exactly how much the cost will be. I firmly believe a flat fee only structure would be beneficial to any law firm.
