Practice Summary

As a litigator who handles cases from their pre-litigation inception, to and through trial, as well as in arbitration and mediation, I pride myself on aggressive advocacy and advancing my clients’ best interests. My practice is and continues to be unique in that I represent clients on both sides of the proverbial aisle, as plaintiffs and as defendants, which provides me with a distinctive ability to view cases from multiple angles and thereby allowing me to reach effective and favorable results for clients in ways that an exclusively defense-oriented or plaintiff-oriented attorney may not be able to achieve. I was awarded the Super Lawyers Rising Star designation in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021, the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 award and am a graduate of the CLM Litigation Management Institute and the American Board of Trial Advocacy’s College of Trial Advocacy. I am licensed to practice law in California and Arizona.
