Trial lawyer first. Every case gets worked up for a jury from the day it comes in, which is what creates the leverage to resolve it right or try it. Personal injury is the practice. Car, motorcycle, rideshare, bus, and 18-wheeler collisions, pedestrian and bicycle injuries, traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries, and wrongful death. From there, dangerous conditions of public property, premises liability, elder abuse and nursing home neglect, school injuries and student sexual abuse, product defect, negligent security and excessive force, and insurance bad faith. Over $160 million recovered for clients across California.
