Ignascio is the grandchild of migrant farm workers, who from hard work became first-generation homeowners in America. His father is a U.S. Marine Corp Vietnam veteran, who received the Bronze Star for combat valor and engrained Ignascio's tenacity. His mother is a first-generation college student and life-long business professional, who is a role model for Ignascio's work ethic and persistence. Ignascio has been a member of the California State Bar since 2002 as a licensed attorney. His courtroom experience began representing the United States of America in Federal Court proceedings. He prosecuted cases as a law student and law school graduate with the United States Attorney's Office for Northern District of California, Criminal Division. This practical training and mentorship sparked Ignascio's drive to diligently represent clients with zeal and empathy. When Ignascio passed the California Bar exam on the first attempt, he was invited to become a paid bar exam grader for the next class of law school graduates. He was humbled by the opportunity, but decided to put his new skillset to work and pursue his dream of practicing law. With his supportive family, education, training, and 20 years of legal experience, Ignascio is honored to be a zealous legal advocate for his clients.
