Personal Introduction

Since starting my practice in NYC doing constitutional test case litigation in the state and federal courts, I have concentrated my practice in complicated and sophisticated litigation in many substantive areas. I have practiced in state and federal trial and appellate courts and in administrative proceedings in multiple states. As such, I have wide experience in the standard of care applicable to litigators. I have authored articles in the local and national legal press on legal topics. I have taught evidence and trial practice as well as judging moot courts at Harvard Law School and the New England School of Law.
