Robert is proficient in a broad range of areas including business litigation, administrative litigation, utility/energy law, municipal issues, employment claims, public access/disclosure laws, open meetings, regulatory law, civil rights, and matters affecting the public interest. Robert has represented clients before state, federal, administrative, and tax court, and in arbitration/mediation. Robert also represents his clients before government bodies, including during open and closed city council and committee meetings. Robert has also assisted clients in managing their public relations, including providing media and social media campaigns, and outreach to the media. Robert also provides business and organizational strategy to for-profit and non-profit businesses. Robert has provided legal advice and representation to a variety of start-ups and developing businesses, including marijuana collectives, technology companies, fashion houses, arts groups, children’s camps, and non-profit service providers, such as homeless services, human trafficking survivor services, and food assistance.
