He is a member of the State Bars of California and New York and is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles (CAALA) and the Beverly Hills Bar Association. He is an honors graduate of both UCLA and Loyola Law School. Additionally, Mr. Cohen acts as legal counsel and adviser to high net wealth individuals, as well as clergy and religious institutions in Southern California. In the past he has been a visiting Professor of Law at California State University, Dominguez Hills, and has served as Judge Pro-Tempore in the Beverly Hills Municipal Court.
