Personal Introduction
I am a former insurance defense attorney (13 years doing insurance defense). I opened my own practice in 2005. My focus at the time was building an estate planning practice (wills, living trusts, etc). Slowly, I started taking on plaintiff personal injury work till it became 50% of my practice. I have recently been referring more cases out to other attorneys I trust. I'm looking to build out my network so I can refer more injury cases, trust administration, probate, and estate planning matters.
