Personal Introduction

I bring a unique trial and appellate litigation perspective to the highly specialized administrative law context of Social Security disability claims, which is the key to our success. I am a board-certified specialist in Social Security Disability Law through the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA), first certified in 2008, and re-certified in 2013, 2018, and 2023. Prior to focusing my practice on SSDI cases in 1995 - almost 30 years ago - I served as a judicial law clerk, practiced law as a civil and criminal litigator (trial and appellate) and served as a special state and federal prosecutor handling high profile corporate environmental crime cases involving illegal disposal of hazardous waste.
