Personal Introduction

Prior to founding Espinoza Law Group, he worked at the law firms of Best, Best & Krieger, LLP, Carlos Cruz & Associates, APLC as well as The Dominguez Firm, one of the most recognizable injury law firms in Los Angeles. A Los Angeles work comp attorney with years of experience before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, Mr. Espinoza has recovered millions of dollars in benefits for injured workers. He aggressively pursues claims involving serious injuries caused willfully as well as cases involving discrimination or retaliation against workers. In addition to his experience with work injury cases, Mr. Espinoza has represented immigrants from all over the world, at nearly all levels of immigration litigation, including the Board of Immigration Appeals, U.S. District and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal. Lauded as an “expert, forceful” advocate, Mr. Espinoza strives to ensure that every client exhausts all remedies available to the fullest extent of the law. Mr. Espinoza’s experience also includes handling employment law and Public Records Act litigation before California courts as well as providing advice and counsel to various public entities and businesses throughout Southern California. Mr. Espinoza is a former Deputy City Attorney for the cities of Corona and Fontana, California. Mr. Espinoza earned his Bachelors’ degree in Political Science from California Polytechnic University, Pomona where he was a member of the National Political Science Honor Society. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law where he was a managing editor for the Chicano/a Latino/a Law Review and served as a board member of La Raza Students’ Association. Mr. Espinoza is a native and fluent Spanish-speaker. He is engaged in the community and was awarded as a 2015 California Migrant Education Program Alumni of the Year and received the Wiley M. Manuel Award from the State Bar for pro bono legal services. His experience and personal background motivates and informs his dedication to his clients. Mr. Espinoza is rated “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, a distinction awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys in their geographical practice area based on exhibition of excellence in practice.
