Practice Summary

My practice consists of several key areas including Insurance bad faith and coverage disputes, business/contract disputes, and personal injury/wrongful death claims. With respect to insurance bad faith and coverage disputes, I represent policyholders including but not limited to contractors, developers, business owners, and homeowners against their insurers for wrongful and unreasonable denials of coverage. I am often retained to obtain a defense for my clients paid for by their insurer where my client is sued and their insurer refuses to provide and pay for a defense. With respect to business/contract disputes, I represent parties who are required to litigate disputes resulting from various business and contractual relationships and transactions. Finally, as to personal injury/wrongful death claims, I represent clients from all walks of life who have been harmed due to the negligent acts or omissions of culpable parties.
