Personal Introduction
Rula Aoun and has been with Cochran, Kroll & Associates since 2017. While attending Wayne State University School of Law, she served as an intern at the Wayne County Third Circuit Court and intern to the Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. She also participated in the Business Law Clinic, offering free legal services to Detroit area entrepreneurs, and interned at a refugee shelter assisting clients with preparing asylum applications. Prior to joining Cochran, Kroll & Associates P.C, Rula served as in-house counsel to a multi-national company. She later went on to practice immigration, intellectual property, family law, general civil disputes and litigation, and business law at a metro Detroit law firm. In addition to serving as an Associate Attorney, Rula serves as a Magistrate Judge at the 19th District Court for the City of Dearborn. Rula brings her knowledge and skill in a variety of areas of law to assist clients with their day to day needs. In addition, Rula is fluent in Arabic and proficient in French.
