Sasha is an experienced attorney with a diverse background in corporate finance, entertainment, and estate planning. She advises individuals and families with assets in the United States, Europe, and Latin America in connection with sophisticated cross-border tax and estate planning matters. Sasha has worked for a publicly-traded streaming platform on a wide range of production and licensing transactions throughout Latin America and advised clients on tax and currency issues on international productions, as well as regulatory, compliance, and trust and safety issues globally. She worked for several top international law firms on project and asset finance transactions, including projects ranging from airports to wind farms, and, on the asset side, the leasing and acquisition of aircraft and engines by operators and aviation management companies.
