Scott A. Schwartz, Esq. is a third-generation member of the State Bar of California and founder of the Law Office of Scott A. Schwartz. He earned a B.A. degree in Mass Communications from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2002. In 2006, Mr. Schwartz earned a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, and was admitted to the California Bar. Mr. Schwartz has extensive experience litigating complex workers’ compensation claims. His solution oriented approach has earned him much respect from clients, adversaries, colleagues and judges.
