Personal Introduction

Myself and co-counsel treat all of our clients with respect, keep clients well-informed, and we do not take on more clients than we can handle, which is generally 15 or fewer cases. We do not have intake personnel; I personally speak with each potential client. Before becoming a lawyer, I was a police officer and had a small business.

Practice Summary

I have been practicing plaintiff-side employment law for 22 years, and I have also represented employers. For many years, I have been lead or counsel in several class actions for wage & hour matters. Besides wage & hour, I practice plaintiff-side discrimination based on disability, wrongful termination, and sexual discrimination. For the last two years, I have also been representing plaintiffs for sexual assault committed by law enforcement officers. We represent clients throughout California.
