Personal Introduction

I have dedicated my legal career to representing employees in disputes with their employers. Since 2002, I have advocated for California workers facing discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation. I approach litigation with the belief that thorough preparation and a disciplined understanding of the evidence are essential to effective representation. Employment cases often turn on details that initially appear insignificant—changes in an employer's explanation, inconsistencies in personnel records, the timing of employment decisions, and communications that reveal the actual reasons for an employer's conduct. After more than two decades representing employees, I established Bryant Worker's Law to continue focusing on the cases and clients that have defined my career. I value professional relationships with referring attorneys and recognize the importance of maintaining their clients' confidence and trust. My objective is to provide thoughtful, diligent representation while keeping referring counsel appropriately informed.

Practice Summary

I have represented California employees in employment litigation since 2002, concentrating on cases involving pregnancy discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, workplace retaliation, disability discrimination, and other violations of employee rights. My practice focuses exclusively on representing employees, not employers. I handle employment disputes involving unlawful termination, discriminatory treatment, harassment, retaliation for protected activities, whistleblower claims, and violations of medical and family leave protections. My approach emphasizes careful factual investigation, systematic evidence development, and identifying the legal and factual weaknesses in an employer's stated justification for its actions. I believe successful employment litigation begins with understanding the evidence, evaluating liability and damages, and developing a strategy appropriate to the particular case. Through Bryant Worker's Law, I represent employees throughout California, including Fresno, Los Angeles, San Francisco, the Bay Area, and Sacramento. I welcome referrals from attorneys whose clients may have viable California employment claims, particularly matters involving pregnancy discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation.

Personal Interests & Charitable Work

Outside my law practice, I have a longstanding interest in public service, education, and improving access to justice. As a United States Army veteran, I value discipline, preparation, accountability, and service to others. Those principles have influenced both my professional career and my approach to representing clients. I am particularly interested in efforts addressing wrongful convictions, disparities in educational opportunities, and barriers that prevent individuals from obtaining meaningful access to the legal system. I believe that legal professionals have an important role in strengthening public confidence in the justice system and expanding opportunities for individuals who might otherwise lack the resources to protect their rights.
