Steven Wallace

Personal Introduction

Steven is the founder and managing attorney of the Florida and Texas real estate, business and bankruptcy law firm, Wallace Law. The firm’s predecessor was founded in November 2009 and has offices in Boynton Beach, Florida, Ft. Myers, Florida and Dallas, Texas. Steven is a graduate of Brandeis University cum laude and the Syracuse University College of Law cum laude. While at the Syracuse University College of Law, Steven was an Associate Editor of the Syracuse Law Review and Member of the National Tax Moot Court Team. Steven is licensed to practice in Florida, New York and Texas. In August 2012, Steven became Board Certified in Real Estate Law by the Florida Bar. Steven is also an approved title agent for Chicago Title and Westcor Land Title Insurance Company. Prior to founding Wallace Law, Steven worked in the commercial real estate, banking and corporate securities sections of large law firms located in West Palm Beach, Florida, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Dallas, Texas. Steven concentrates his practice in business law, consumer and business bankruptcy and specializes in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including acting as counsel and/or serving as closing and title agent for the aforementioned transactions. Steven is a frequent lecturer on such topics as: Crowdfunding, Bitcoin and Blockchain, Commercial Leasing, Real Estate Investment, Distressed Real Estate Transactions, Business Brokerage, Florida Condominium Law, and Working with Foreign Investors. Steven prides himself on being a deal maker and finding creative solutions to his client’s matters. Steven lives in West Boynton Beach with his two children.
