Personal Introduction
Hello! I'm a Denver lawyer and trademark geek. To me, trademark protection is a complex puzzle and I help clients put the pieces together. My two dogs, husband and stepson keep me busy and we enjoy skiing and hiking together when we're not working. I've been named as a Super Lawyer in trademark law since 2020. I hung my shingle in 2006, after having gained experience as an associate at an established large firm in Atlanta, and as in-house legal counsel for several major corporations, including Schlumberger (formerly LHS Communication Systems, Inc., then Sema Group plc and SchlumbergerSema) in Atlanta, Georgia and Englewood, Colorado and First Data Corporation in Lone Tree, Colorado.

I love helping companies protect their brands, whether they are established businesses with a large trademark portfolio or newbie entrepreneurs. We love walking them through the process and making sure no one infringes on their rights. Trademarks are my jam! I also am working to protect the rights of artists who use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in their creations.
