Tatiana Baranova

Personal Introduction

Born in Russia and educated in France, Tatiana has led a multinational, cosmopolitan, and inspired career. Her interest in business litigation stems from her exposure to various business environments, from the luxury goods industry in France to the energy sector in Texas. Tatiana earned her Master of Business Administration degree from ESSEC Business School in Paris and her Juris Doctor degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, where she focused her studies on intellectual property law. Prior to joining South Florida Business Law Group, Tatiana led the Florida office of a boutique securities law firm practicing in numerous federal courts and arbitration forums including FINRA, JAMS, and AAA. Much of her work included representing domestic clients in matters involving broker-dealer disputes and digital assets as well as representing international clients in matters related to cross-border investments under the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. Tatiana’s broad range of life experiences allows her to bring an empathetic approach to guide her clients through the litigation process to victory.
