32 years of legal experience as former chief prosecutor for Tulsa County District Attorney's Office and Criminal Defense Attorney: background -1991 through 1994 law clerk for the Honorable James Ellison, Northern District of Oklahoma, Federal Court Tulsa Oklahoma. 1994 to 1998 worked as a felony prosecutor under District Attorney David Moss District Attorney's Office in Tulsa Oklahoma. Appointed Chief Prosecutor for Tulsa District Attorney under District Attorney for Tulsa county William D. Lafortune 1996-1998. Appointed Special Prosecutor by Tulsa District Attorney Chuck Richardson 1999. As an attorney for the state of Oklahoma and as a criminal defense attorney, I have prosecuted and Defended thousands of cases and have tried over 36 jury trials including 5 death penalty cases with 4 death penalty convictions. Prosecuted the first two dual jury Death Penalty cases in Oklahoma and I have secured over 38,000 years in convictions as a prosecutor. Ran for the office of District Attorney, In Tulsa county, in 2006. I Have been a defense attorney for since 1999 representing clients on cases including but not limited to: murder, manslaughter, robbery, theft cases, major drug cases including trafficking in illegal drugs, financial fraud and various complex criminal cases in District Courts throughout the state of Oklahoma. I Have been approved and appointed to represent police officers through the fraternal order of police in Tulsa county.
