At my firm, we specialize exclusively in uncontested, amicable divorces. With a rich 20-year background in litigation, I bring my expertise as a licensed attorney, mediator, and divorce coach to the table. Our mission is to support couples who wish to steer clear of the emotional and financial strain that often comes with court battles. We focus on keeping your divorce out of court, reducing unnecessary conflict and stress. As a neutral facilitator, I'm here to help couples navigate through tough negotiations, guiding them towards a resolution from start to finish including all the documents needed to file the divorce. However, it's important to note that our process is not suitable for couples with a history of domestic abuse. We're ideal for those who prefer to resolve their differences without immediately resorting to costly legal battles. To make things smoother financially, we offer three distinct payment tranches, catering to various needs and situations. We have a payment tranche plan that accommodates couples with varying marital estate values and factors like the presence of children. Our goal and approach are to ensure accessibility for all income levels to be able to have an Evolved Divorce. Evolved Payment Tranches - Initial Deposit: Onboarding Process and Information Gathering: Process introduction, explanation of use of software through process, signed advisements regarding no legal advice and obtaining experts for financial, tax, real estate, trusts, business assets, etc., Information gathering to satisfy statutory disclosure requirements under state law. - Second Payment: Sworn Financial Disclosures Exchanged: Creation of Marital Balance Sheet. Both Parties’ Sworn Financial Statements, Certificates of Compliance and Disclosures created, signed, and exchanged, creation of marital balance sheet, individual and group meetings as needed for the couple reach accord. - Final Payment: Agreements Created and Pleadings Completed for Filing: Creation of Case Information Sheet, Co-Petition for Dissolution, Sworn Financial Statements and Certificates of Disclosures, Parenting Plan, Separation Agreement (with marital balance sheet as exhibit), maintenance and/or child support calculation worksheets, proposed maintenance and/or child support orders, proposed Decree.
