Personal Introduction

I’m an attorney with a broad, hands-on practice that spans compliance and investigations, white collar and criminal matters, family law, and business formation. What sets me apart is that I bring a practical, real-world approach to every matter, whether I’m guiding a company through a sensitive investigation or helping an individual navigate a personal legal issue, I focus on clear advice, efficient solutions, and getting to the right outcome without unnecessary complexity.

Practice Summary

My legal practice focuses on compliance, investigations, and risk management, with an emphasis on helping organizations translate legal requirements into practical, operational solutions. I advise clients on building and strengthening compliance programs, including whistleblower reporting systems, internal reporting channels, and case management processes. A significant portion of my work involves conducting and overseeing internal investigations arising from employee complaints, misconduct allegations, and regulatory exposure, including matters involving fraud and anti-corruption. I also have a background in white collar criminal litigation and other criminal matters, which informs my investigative approach and allows me to guide clients through sensitive, high-stakes situations. In addition, I represent individuals in select family law matters, providing practical, strategic advice during what are often highly personal and complex situations. My practice further includes advising on business formation and governance, helping clients choose appropriate entity structures, establish compliant operations, and build strong legal foundations from the outset. In my role as General Counsel of a SaaS company, I work extensively on data privacy and technology-related issues, including GDPR compliance, data processing frameworks, and cross-border data transfers. I regularly help organizations align their legal obligations with how their systems and operations function in practice. Overall, I approach my work as a hands-on, business-minded advisor, focused on preventing issues before they arise and guiding clients through them effectively when they do.
