Personal Introduction

I grew up in construction. I started in the field as a laborer. I later managed projects for three of the nation's biggest contractors. And I became a lawyer with the intention of putting my building experience to use for my clients. My clients are builders. I speak their language. I understand their values. Construction is complex. Construction disputes are even more so. The best legal outcomes come from understanding what it takes to build and telling that story persuasively. My clients’ disputes are often resolved through negotiation and mediation. But this is not always the path to resolution. So I work with my clients to build the most compelling and credible case possible for a judge, jury, or arbitrator. I provide: -litigation of complex claims (change orders, defective design, delay and acceleration, productivity impacts); -contract review and negotiation; -advice on regulatory compliance; -advice and preparation of liens on private projects and bond claims on public; and -wins on bid protests Let's get started on your success!
