I currently serve as a trusted legal advisor to businesses and individuals, and provide clients legal representation in complex litigation, debt reorganization, and sophisticated tax and estate planning. I am admitted to the Maryland Supreme Court; U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland; U.S. Tax Court; and U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Practice before the Colorado Supreme Court temporarily authorized pending admission under C.R.C.P. 205.6. I also routinely represent clients before the U.S. Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, and various state tax agencies in criminal and/or civil matters. We can discuss admission via pro hac vice on out of state matters.

I currently serve as the Treasurer for Promote Me!, which is a Maryland-based non-profit organization that helps children in underserved communities in grades 1-3 fill gaps in education/classwork. I also serve as a board member for Pacific Interventions Charitable Corporation, a Maryland-based nonprofit organization, which, in part, provides consulting, and interventional radiology and anesthesiology exchange/training programs to physicians and other medical professionals in resource-variable limited countries.
