Personal Introduction
I practice Family Law. 30 years experience. A-V rated. My approach to family law: I invite an open exchange of information with the opposing side, followed by negotiation that aims for a fair result. If litigation is necessary, I have the experience to win. My most recent trials took place on April 15, August 16, and September 4 of 2025. I have tried 39 cases I have acted as a mediator in 36 cases. I promote alternative dispute resolution and prenuptial agreements. I believe that every couple can benefit from a prenuptial agreement. I believe alternative resolution is particularly important in family law matters in which child custody and parenting parenting time scheduling are at issue. Prior to 2009 my practice focus was business litigation. I am a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Membership in the forum is limited to attorneys who have won multi-million-dollar jury verdicts. Less than 1 % of U.S. lawyers are members. I have also tried numerous cases to jury verdicts in both federal and state courts, in CA, MA and AZ. Including a $3.4 million verdict on behalf of the City of Compton following a 30-day jury trial. I was the Chairperson of the Intellectual Property and New Media Section of the Beverly Hills Bar from 2011 to 2013. My unique sales proposition is that having experience in a large number of trials I am better able to achieve appropriate settlements of disputed issues. I invite you to review my website for information on my experience. And check out google maps business profile for reviews.
