Personal Introduction

I practice in the areas of business litigation, intellectual property and transactions, as well as patent and trademark prosecutions. In addition to being members of the State Bar of California, I am registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. I am bilingual in English and Chinese. I have obtained approximately 250 patents and 250 trademarks on behalf of our clients。 We have five published court opinions, including one issued by the U.S. Supreme Court on the Trademark Fair-Use doctrine (KP Permanent Make-Up, Inc. vs. Lasting Impression I, Inc., 543 U.S. 111). We have also secured several favorable rulings and outcomes in International Trade Commission section 337 proceedings. I also serve as an expert witness in Intellectual Property and Civil Litigation. I am on the expert witness panel: FORENSISGROUP.COM. In year 2025, I obtained one of the largest, if not the larges Writ of Attachment for $49.6M in Los Angeles Superior Court. I have litigated approximately 450 civil actions and I am on the panel for several large title insurance companies。
