Personal Introduction

I started my legal career with Clifford Chance in Hong Kong, representing international companies and financial institutions doing business in China. Over a decade, I expanded my career to include roles at Siemens Ltd. China, Zhong Lun Law Firm, Mayer Brown, and ANZ Bank. I came back to North America in 2015, and saw the need of small and medium size companies seeking quality advice on their Chinese business connections. Given the current macro trade and investment environment between the U.S. and China, this issue has become increasingly important.
