Employment Law Consultation We provide initial consultations to individuals seeking legal advice on their employment-related issues, such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, workplace accommodations, or contract negotiations. If there are potential claims, then we advocate to the best of our abilities for our clients. Retaliation and Whistleblower Protection We assist clients who have faced retaliation for reporting illegal or unethical conduct in the workplace. We protect their rights and seek appropriate remedies for retaliation. Discrimination and Harassment Claims We assist clients in navigating claims of discrimination or harassment based on protected class status, such as age, gender, race, religion, disability, or sexual orientation. Wage and Hour Disputes We represent clients in disputes related to unpaid wages, overtime violations, misclassification of employees, or other wage and hour violations. Employment Contract Drafting and Review We assist clients in reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts, including employment agreements, non-compete agreements, severance agreements, and confidentiality agreements. We strive to ensure that the terms are fair, protect the client's rights, and align with the employees' goals preserving their rights. Employment Policy Development While our goal is to preserve plaintiffs' rights and we only advocate on behalf of employees, for some small businesses, we advise on the development of employment policies that comply with applicable laws, as well as promote a fair and inclusive work environment. Our purpose in this capacity is only to provide informational materiel and guidance to create positive workplaces.
