Brad has been practicing law for over 21 years, serving his clients throughout the State of California from Superior Courts to Courts of Appeals. Brad graduated from Western State University of Law and worked in the Auto industry for over 21 years before entering the legal profession. Brad graduated from Western State University School of Law in Fullerton, California. He began practicing law as a solo practitioner, with a strong focus on Business and Civil Litigation, Employment Law(Employer / Employee Representation), Family Law, Personal Injury contracts, etc… Brad Mokri approaches the practice of law from a results-focused point of view, with his philosophy being “resolution over litigation.” He strives to create the best possible outcome for his clients and will litigate fiercely when necessary to get his clients their best result but never for the sake of simply driving up attorney fees.
