Practice Summary

I serve as ethics and business counsel for lawyers, law firms, and law-related businesses (including managements services organizations), advising on law firm formation, acquisitions, and dissolution; succession planning; partnership disputes; legal ethics compliance. I help lawyers plan and manage the business and compliance side of their practices and professional "marriages" thoughtfully and with foresight, so they can set themselves up to realize their business (and life) goals.
