Personal Introduction

A passion for helping individuals and businesses is at the center of Mr. Smith's practice. With nearly 10 years of Litigation and Legal Service experience, He brings two decades of client relations and a client centered approach into every interaction. Every client is treated like family and he strives to put himself into the shoes of each client to understand the legal and non-legal human concerns. He understands that at the end of the day, it is all about people. Mr. Smith has had his own personal experiences with the legal system and dealing with lawyers. He often says he has been on both sides of the phone and understands what it means to need counsel and to hire counsel. This truly sets him apart and allows him to handle every clients case with empathy and compassion. He began his legal career as a paralegal, graduating top 5 in his class. He then earned his Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Houston - Clear Lake where he graduated Cum Lade. He continued his education at South Texas College of Law - Houston where he graduated with his Juris Doctorate. Casey is no stranger to adversity and prides himself on his resilience, hard work and determination, which he puts into every case.
