Personal Introduction

I have been practicing in transactional tax for almost 20 years. My focus is in M&A, corporate structuring and restructuring, international taxation, and private investment fund formation/investor representation. I also have deep experience working with private foundations and public charities. I work with law firms across the country regularly as special tax counsel so that we can provide a "full service" experience to clients. As a tax specialist, I can be brought in for short reviews of transaction documents or more lengthy structuring matters - whatever the transaction calls for. I'm open to flat fee arrangements if it is appropriate for the transaction. I practice nationally, with a network of state and local consultants that can be looped in as necessary. I also work regularly with cross-border and multinational structuring and operation.
