Personal Introduction

I have been practicing exclusively in employment law since 1998. In 2009, after working for large law firms for 10 years, I decided to make the leap into solo practice, where I could have much greater control over the cases I handle, and offer my clients more individualized and personal attention. As an experienced litigator, I have handled cases of all sizes, from single-employee disputes to nationwide class actions. I regularly represents employees and employers in state and federal courts in cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, overtime/wage and hour, sexual harassment, non-compete, disability and medical leave, severance negotiations, unemployment appeals, and other workplace disputes. My motto has always been to provide the highest quality of legal services at a fair price. I love helping our clients achieve outstanding results!
