Personal Introduction
I am an experienced and passionate real-estate practitioner operating a real-estate focused practice since 2015. I also hold brokers licenses in Indiana and Illinois and have extensive experience brokering transactions for residential, commercial, and land. I have built my practice and reputation on providing value from insight and experience gained from hundreds of closed real estate transactions and on genuine connections with service providers, clients, and my colleagues. I enjoy helping the same people with all of their real estate related needs, and if I cannot assist directly, I want to refer an attorney who can assist at the same service level that I provide. I also hold a BS in Management from Purdue with a focus in economics. I bring business training and acumen to my clients, and I advise from a perspective of cost-benefit and what makes business sense.

I also have experience with brokerage management and real estate licensing and ethical requirements. I work often with investors and developers, and I have handled complex transactions with creative financing, assignments, novations, seller financing, and land contracts. As a result, I regularly encounter and resolve title and ownership issues as well as municipal issues related to zoning, delinquent water and municipal service bills, and building violations. I have expanded my practice to include probate matters and can assist with estates from simple to complex. Contested estates and wills are not an issue. I can also assist with guardianships and conservatorships.

I lead a family of six which includes a beautiful pair of identical twin girls. I love my family and my work. I support several ministries in and around Chicagoland. Having been blessed with healthy children, my wife and I have a passion for reaching young parents who struggle with the prospective or current responsibility of raising their children.
