Practice Summary

Patent drafting and prosecution. Intellectual property due diligence for startup funding or for an M & A target. Joint Development Agreement advice and counsel. Freedom to Operate studies for patent clearance. I drafted and obtained grant of the patent on the red trackpoint controller between the G and H keys of many laptop keyboards. I helped IBM for many years, assess which tech companies should be acquired, based on the results of IP due diligence. I conducted patent licensing campaigns on behalf of IBM for many years.
