Since 2010, my practice focuses on California trust and decedent estate litigation brought in probate and civil court, including financial elder abuse, undue influence, and related cross-over areas such as breach of fiduciary duty, professional negligence, intentional interference with an expected inheritance, and fraud. I have a special interest in assisting abused heirs or beneficiaries who have been harmed by bad administrators or trustees or other professionals.
