Born in Redwood City, and raised in South San Francisco, Michael earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from San Francisco State University. Michael graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2016. He was admitted to the California State Bar in that same year. While at Hastings, Michael was selected to participate in the Community Economic Development Clinic where he advised San Francisco community groups on several local legal matters. Michael also participated in the Government and Public Policy concentration, drafting a highly regarded research paper advising a local nonprofit with multiple cutting edge legal issues.
